Can a blood test show a mini stroke?

Blood tests are not enough by themselves to confirm a diagnosis of Transient Ischemic Attack, commonly known as a mini-stroke. A diagnosis of Transient Ischemic Attack is usually made by showing symptoms and through brain imaging scans, while blood tests are used to identify risk factors that may cause a stroke.
