is 4 cups of coffee too much?

Drinking 4 cups of coffee a day is considered safe for healthy adults since it is within the recommended limit of 400 mg of caffeine. However, it is a bit too much for some people since it may cause problems such as anxiety, sleep problems, acidity, and fast heartbeat. Thus, although 4 cups of coffee is not harmful, a better and balanced amount for consumption is 2-3 cups.
