Does drinking milk at night cause bloating?

This is definitely true for some individuals. If someone is lactose intolerant (which means that he or she cannot easily break down milk sugars), then consuming milk before going to sleep will result in bloat or gas. However, if someone digests milk properly during daytime, there won’t be any issues with nighttime consumption.
